We ordered a swim spa in June 2020 and were told it would be delivered at the end of August. It is now the beginning... of December and we still don't have it. All we get is the runaround from this company. For three months we have been asking for the local owner rep to call but have yet to get a response. What a mess. Two Men sent out 3 young men to dispose of my 16 year old hot tub this morning. Today a very rainy and at one point,... lightening and thunder type day. These 3 guys couldn’t have been more Friendly, Professional and Efficient!! The first thing they asked me was if I had any questions, I did not because when I called to make the appointment they had all my questions covered. They actually showed up earlier than scheduled (which I Loved, it freed up my day) and it only took a little over 30 minutes to remove And they cleaned up the residual mess. Along with All this Fantastic service the price was Very Reasonable and So worth it to me! I Highly Recommend Two Men and a Spa Dolly for anyone with a pool or hot tub. (They had also serviced this hot tub over the last few years, because I had a terrible time trying to get a Thermospa tech to show up, but that’s a different story). You can’t go wrong with Two Men, great company, great service 5 stars!!read more

I was saved by this company. We hired a different company...went Cheap cheap....took 6 hours to get tub off... trailer.....thata where it sat till I made the call to 2 Men. IT TOOK 15 min for them to move!!! I will gladly use them again and for service. Crew was professional. People on phone were great. If you want movers, you wont go wrong with these folks. WARNING! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! LIES, OVERCHARGES, DON'T SHOW UP WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL. They will tell you one... thing and then try to charge you more! Here's what happened to me: I hired them to close my pool in November 2018. They were booked so we had to schedule it out a bit, which was ok with me. They quoted me $295 via text message through HomeAdvisor. Then we got an unexpected early freeze here in Missouri, which made the situation a bit more urgent. I looked out at the pool system and it was frozen and I had some cracked PVC pipes near the pump. I contacted them and told them it was frozen and asked them if they could still close a pool when it was in that condition or do we have to wait. They told me they should still come out and look at it. I thought that was good customer service...little did I know that it was actually going to cost me extra! I had talked to them about also putting a new part on my hot tub and they said they would do it when they came out for the pool, and that it would only be the cost of the part, which he estimated over the phone to be $25-$30 dollars. I said great and was really happy about it. They didn't come out to look at my pool when they said they were coming. I had to contact them to verify if they were coming or not...they had me waiting around all day! They claimed they were too busy and had to reschedule. They rescheduled for another day in the afternoon. I called them in the morning to verify that they were coming that afternoon as planned because I had to go to work and couldn't wait around all day again. They showed up at my house about 1 hour later...about 5 hours early. Of course I was gone. They looked at the pool for a few minutes, determined exactly what I had already told them, that the pool was frozen and there were some cracks in the PVC pipes. They determined they could not close it because it was frozen. They also found they had brought the wrong part for the hot tub, so the trip was for nothing. Then they CHARGED ME $95 for the trip!! They claim it was a "service call" for the hot tub. But they had already planned to fix that for just the cost of the part. They claimed that because they had to come out again they charged me...and because I live far away from them (although they claim they service my area!) I paid the $95 on credit card (although shouldn't have). Then they had to come back when it thawed out to fix and close the pool. The weather warmed up and we scheduled them to come out on Friday. The guy showed up and everything was good...he did what needed to be done to close the pool, leaving the repairs for another time. He capped off the cracked pipes so we could get the lines blown and the pool covered. He was great by the way. BUT then they charged me $315 for the pool closing instead of $295! When I asked about the charge they claimed that the $295 quoted was just a base price, and because I live "far away" they charged more. Do they service my area or not? I hired them at a set price, then they overcharged me! They charged my credit card automatically by the way...don't give them a card number!! When I complained they started lying! They claimed that they told me the charge was going to be $315, but they never did. They claimed that actually had "audio recordings" of our conversation, and I told them to send them to me. WARNING: When a company has to start lying...and claiming they have "audio recordings" to justify their over charging you, RUN AWAY! They still hadn't fixed my hot tub, for which I have already paid $95. I asked them about that and they said they were going to charge me another $75 for coming back out again, plus approx $50 for the part! That would equal approx $220 for a job they told me was going to be under $40. I cancelled the hot tub part and requested a refund for the over charge for the pool. They refused. RUN AWAY. USE ANYONE ELSE.read more

Worst service ever. We called immediately to tell them about an issue with the liner on the pool as it was filling up.... They asked us to shut off the water and it was 2 weeks before they came out to look at it. During this time rain continued to fill up the pool, which they wanted us to empty out. They finally came out, pumped out the water and started filling it again without fixing the problem of straightening the liner out. It has been a disaster!read more

After having a bad experience somewhere else, I called them. Michelle was awesome. When I went there the next morning... to look at the hot tubs Devon was very knowledgeable. They showed up yesterday to deliver it right on time. I called them this morning because the end of the drain tube had fallen off. They showed up within an hour to fix it. I just had a three man crew move my hut tub today. They showed up on time, loaded everything including the cover, stairs and cover lift, and within minutes they were moving to the new house. They were very professional and friendly, and set up the hot tub exactly how I wanted it. The whole process was less than an hour, not including drive time. The pricing was exactly as quoted. I would highly recommend Two Men and a Spa Dolly.

First, this not Peggy Barker but Scott Ashby. I recently stopped in because I had continuing issues with cloudiness in our hot tub. I arrived at several minutes before closing. The two men in the store were packed up and clearly leaving. They stopped and spent the next 25 minutes explaining my problem, educating me, and giving me the products and knowledge to fix it. I bought the chemicals and a filter and they threw in test strips. I have not had a problem since. They may have been the owner, manager, or sales people but they did not have to take the time they did. Definition of service in my book.

Hired them to fix the leak in my hot tub. They picked it up and never heard from them for over a month. I finally called them only to find out that they hadn't even checked it out yet. Two weeks later they finally filled the tub and supposedly fixed the leak. They returned the hot tub a week later. I reconnected it, filled it up, and immediately noticed it still leaked. After several attempts of reaching them they finally sent a technician out to my house. I had no notice that he was coming out and I was at work. The only reason I even knew the tech was at my house was because I noticed that all my filters were out of the tub and there was a half empty bottle of some sort of liquid leak stop (which did nothing). So here I am 3 weeks later, the tub still leaks, I'm out $600 and, despite numerous emails and texts, they will not communicate with me. I'm done dealing with these guys. Horrible service.

I saw their truck and trailer on highway 141. Called them and asked about removing a broken hot tub. By the time I got home the guys were there in five minutes!!!Quoted me a very reasonable price and the job was done in less than 40 minutes. Very pleasant young men that were efficient. These guys were amazing. Scheduling was quick and easy. They arrived on time and did a very good job. They were very careful not to damage the spa during the very difficult turn they had to make to get it iny backyard. They had to do some extra work moving bricks around and truly did go above and beyond to make sure they got the job done. I would highly recommend if you need help moving your spa!

Got a hot tube from them every time I used it it broke the good thing was after a year of breaking they gave us a different one nicer than what we had but they didn't hook up said we needed to get a electrician to get get a longer cord we did they back out next day because complained said they wires were pulled out they did that so we had to pay to have fixed again so we hooked it up ourselves and having trouble getting a filter what kind of idoit will deliver a hot tube without a filter so now we have to wait for on order they had plenty of time to order they had for weeks after we said we wanted we will not be working with them again there hot tubes are junk it takes along time to get someone to look at it if it's not working correctly also not happy

Variable speed pump... Do it. Take their advice.. it may cost a little more but it definitely is worth it. This company is very knowledgeable. I would recommend them and their services to anyone. Me electric bill has seen a huge decrease. Thank you for the advice and the great service you provide.

Thank you for the great job in installing the safety cover for the pool/ The service was fantastic and they did a great job. My malamute, Malakai is blind so his safety is my main concern. I can now let him in the backyard without worry. Derek was very professional and the cover looks fantastic.

We have had extraordinary customer service from Two Men & a Spa Dolly. We purchased a spa at an expo, not knowing anything about them. We immediately began to question our purchase and what we would do if we needed service. The spa company gave us TM&aSP's name from Home Advisor. Dennis took multiple calls from me to allay my fears and even met with us on his own time to answer our questions - all at no charge. We have since bought a spa cover lift and additional supplies from them. I believe in supporting small businesses and am grateful that customer service is such a high priority with them.

Dennis is great. We had a broken spa and he removed the old spa, installed a new one and has taken care of any issue I ever had. Had the spa for three years now and any time I have a question or need chemicals he sends someone out the same day. Great company.

Had a hot tub moved and they damaged my hot tub. Broke the side panel and framing on the side where my control panel is. Which was caused by them flipping it on the side to hard. Got it home and hooked up. There is leaks and control panel won't work now. Now I'm getting a run around on getting it fixed. Will update if anything changes but I doubt it. Thanks for trashing a perfectly good hot tub guys.

They deserve 0 stars!!!They charged $90 to look at a leak on my spa. The guy said the cover was leaking (BS!) and didn't fix anything. Then I sent them pics of where the leak was. They came and poured "leak seal" in my spa and left a $60 invoice! $150 for me to find my own leak! They are the only company that worked on my spa and I suspect that they did other damage to my tub in an effort to get an additional service call, but I can't prove it. I wouldn't call them to fix a toilet paper roller. Save your money and find someone else!
