Filling Your Hot Tub

1. Remove Filter

Remove the skimmer barrel, unscrew the filter, and place the filter in the spa before filling to soak and prevent air pockets. The filter will float to the top when saturated.

2. Fill Spa

Place the water hose inside the filter well. Fill your spa with regular tap water above all jets, just below the headrest.

*Never fill with soft water!

After adding the first 2–5 gallons of water, pause filling and use a shop vac to remove any dust or debris left from manufacturing or shipping. This prevents small particles from being pulled into the filter once the spa is running, ensuring a cleaner and smoother startup.

3. Heat & Enjoy

When the tub is full, reinstall the filter and skimmer, turn on power to prime the pumps, add Leisure Time Metal Gon (1 bottle per 400 gallons), wait 24 hours, then balance the water.
